ERROR 9001: NO COMPUTE

~Des

"I don't like to see you cry," he told me.

I swear, my face felt so hot someone could fry eggs on it.

And then he winked at me.

Maybe my face will explode with too much blood?

And... and...

wut.

How... why.. what... NO COMPRENDO.

I just stood in shock for a moment, staring as he continued walking. My face had to be tomato red by then. When he realized I was no longer walking next to him, he stopped and turned to look at me.

Barely managing to recreate some semblance of my senses, I took a few quick steps to catch up with, giving him a small playful shove. In full senses later, I regretted not hitting him for that.

"What the heck, Rei?" I smiled at him. And then more of my sense came back as I realized he didn't have his cartilizer with him. And his finger was. Still. Bleeding. "Your finger... Sh*t, we should get that cleaned up!"

Yes. Think of this. Distract yourself from that... that THING. No, don't think about it, focus on the finger. Get that finger fixed, that's important.

Some where in the process I ended up grabbing his good hand and speeding up my pace. He kept up with me, and we reached the room in no time. Knocking on the door with my free hand, I waited impatiently until Charles pulled it open.

"Hey! Just in time! I just found this note, and... Your face is really red." I had just remembered I was still holding Rei's hand and quickly let go.

"W-whatever. Rei, go fix your finger." He allowed me to walk in first, and I quickly moved out of the way for him to get in. "Now, note. Explain," I commanded Charles.

"My someone's-" he started.

"NOW."

"Fine..."
