Nickname: Caspar (the friendly ghost *shot*). His sister couldn't say the "J" sound when she was little, and liked Caspar the tv show, ergo, Big Brother Jasper became Caspar the Friendly Ghost.....

Genetic Modifications: Merging with machines
Abilities/ Powers: By touching machines, he can absorb them into himself. It takes a long time to fully merge without farther harming his body. (Merging too fast can cause muscle damage, breaking of bones, or quick decay of the limb.) So, in his free time, he merges to use quickly in battle.
Weapons: A normal hand gun, but his body is mostly his weapon.
Hair: Longish light brown hair.
Clothing: Boring farm cloths since he worked for his father in Haven.
Other Physical Descriptions: Because he stores most weapons in his body, he has some discoloration, and parts appear to be metal (but they aren't, it's still skin and offers no protection.) His right eye is mechanical that lets him see in the dark. (caused by merging too fast, he seared his own eye out.)
Personality: Friendly, but can be a little critical and harsh. He has a bit of a temper and appears pretty stupid, but actually quite intelligent. (He has to be to fix weapons and machinery for use.) Jasper is pretty awkward around people and might cracks under pressure.
Skills: His handy work with tools, and when he doesn't have them, handy work with duck-tape!
Likes: Fixing broken things, being alone, smoking. (Poochy dose not recommend smoking :D)
Dislikes: Having too much attention and pressure.
Family: His parents and his younger sister (now 17) Akila

Fears: His genetic modifications eventually killing him. (explained in other)
Back-story: He joined the military because he wanted to scare his sister away. She's always been mad, she grew up mostly in the war and just wanted it to stop. She wanted to join and fight, but wasn't old enough. Jasper joined to try and scare her off, and that it wouldn't be a good fit for her.
Other: Because of some of the metals he merges with are poison, it could effect him. He can only actually see out of his left eye and his right one is fake. He mostly merges with weapons, but any machinery really will work.
