Another perfectly-packaged OP that introduces you to the world, cast and themes. This is also one I've loved for years and still find hard to skip - and that's why it's one over the Terror in Resonance OP in my ranking this year despite them being a very close match-up.

WARNING: THIS VIDEO MAY CAUSE BOUTS OF HYSTERICAL SOBBING. Yeah... After I watched this scene, I couldn't even listen to the song on its own for months without choking up. That's how powerful this scene paired with this music is. Thus, it steals the #1 spot and our hearts. XD
