I practice RHONG FHU

Yes, it had to happen.
Two of my friends are deeply into training in matial arts.
I've been watching them for a while and i really respect what they do.
Especially Kevin, a new friend of mine.
He's training everyday, and it's been like that for more than 3 years...
And he's never showing it off, that's what i respect the most.
In a serious way i mean, because we always end up doing random kung fu sparring for fun.

There's also my best friend sam, who's been training pretty hard for a while.
He's improving, and it's a good thing for him.
It's an admirable thing to do.

And so it made me want to join them.
Although not in the same way...
I'm going to be training home, every night.
I'm going to try to create my own style of fighting...
Because martial art is, as the name indicate, art.
And i don't like it when it's copied from other things.
I'll try my best to be original, like i do when i'm drawing.
I think i'm on the good way.

A long time ago, i used to train everyday, not much, just my arms.
But it was showing, even then.
So now i'll really train, and i hope it'll show a lot.
It's also a nice way to stay in shape, because even though i watch out for what crap i eat, i eat a lot.

The tough thing is to not make excuses to yourself for not training.
It's really hard, and i'm going to do my best to keep a real schedule.

I'm going to use a style that matches my physical attributes, of course...
Probably not the fastest thing around, but not the slowest there is.
I will mainly use my arms, and really small amounts of kicks.
Though i will train my legs so i can be more flexible, i'm realy not.

I'm going to try my best and train with a lance, or staff, because it's the wepaon i like the most.
But i'm going ot train my hand to hand mostly, because of space...
I don't like to be out when i train...
I can't really use a lancei n my room either.

So anyway, that got long, you didn't have to read it all but if you did, thanks.
