Leon stared at the angry mochii, “What is this thing? And doesn’t it look kind of familiar?”
Chero looked at it confused, “Was…er…that here before? In past loops?”
Chero bent over and tried to pry the mochii from the wall. It remained in place and looked even angrier.
“What are we going to do? I can’t get him out…” Chero frowned.
A loud bang was heard. Chero screamed and jumped back.
“Are you alright?!” Dino asked, “Did it hurt you?”
Chero nodded, “Yes…I’m fine…I think…But that sound it came from this…I think…”
“What? That sound….Maybe its hungry? We could try feeding it,” Leon suggested.
“Hungry? Really Leonides? Does that SOUND like a rumbling stomach to you?!” Tsukino tsked.
“It looks irritated…and in pain…He seems familiar to me…Maybe if we get him some
food he will come out?” Chero suggested, “Oh…But I don’t have any food.”
“We could ask them to bring some.” Dino suggested, “Try calling them”
“What? We’re still talking about it being hungry? I can’t believe it. You two are almost as big of idiots as Leonides,” Tsukino sighed.
Danni helped Dante wash dishes after Dante finished scouting. She glanced over at him and smirked deviously. She flicked water at him.
Dante chuckled and shook his head. He splashed her back. Soon it turned into an all-out water fight which ended with Dante picking Danni up and carrying her away from the soaking wet kitchen.
“PUT ME DOWN!” Danni flailed.
Dante shook his head and kept carrying Danni around. Danni pouted.
“Ok. This time I will teach you PROPERLY how to play chess, oui?” Francis said.
Jenny nodded, determined.
“So…the goal is to get my queen to your end of the board so they can get married
and form an alliance, right?” Jenny asked.
Francis laughed and shook his head, “Not quite, mon cher~”
Hime sighed as she looked around at everyone busy doing something. She looked down at her phone waiting.
“Please be safe, ok?”
Hime wandered around until her phone started to play, “Sign” by FLOW. She looked at her phone and saw Chero’s name.
“It’s Chero!”
She quickly answered it, “CHER-BEAR!”
“heh. Hello Hime~ That was fast. Listen…I want you to bring us some food. There is a weird creature on the fourth floor. We want to lure it out with food!” Chero explained.
“Huh? I don’t really get it…But I’ll get you some food. We’ll be right up!”
“Thanks!” Chero cheered.
“You sound really happy,” Hime grinned.
“Oh…Yeah…I mean. It looks like we’ll be getting out very soon! It’s like a dream~” Chero sighed contently, “I’m so happy! I could burst!”
“Is that so? That’s a surprise! I thought we would be here a lot longer—“
“I was surprised too!” Chero admitted, “It’s…been such a long….long time…”
Chero paused, “Er...So! We’re all going to get out together, right Hime?”
“Of course! We’ll get you that food and be there soon, ok?” Hime said.
“Since it’s a weird creature…It might eat weird things. Dino says we should bring it unusual foods. Bring a few choices if you can?” Chero suggested.
“Alrighty! I’ll explore the kitchen and be there as soon as possible!”
Hime hung up the phone and sighed, “Soon…Thank God…Soon we will get out…all of us…”
Hime walked over to the kitchen and looked through all of the food. She found a tomato, a cookie and a bag of potato chips.
