In case you haven't noticed, I love drawing outfits for Lafayette.
ANYWAY, I haven't really mentioned it here, but I've been working on a 1920's AU with Lafayette and Dmitri for fun. You can read a brief thing about it here, but I'll make a long and detailed post to Various Planning soon enough. >:Y Basically all you need to know rn is that Lafayette and Dmitri are in college and Lafayette works at a nightclub as a female singer.
Anyway, here's some clothes that Laf wears in this AU:
The left is something Laf would wear while performing at the club, and the right is a more casual outfit.
I've been having a lot of trouble getting the hang of drawing the 1920's silhouette because I'm so used to feminine clothing being form-fitting and accentuating the chest, haha;; The low waistline also throws me off. EVERYTHING FEELS SO FRUMPY WHEN I'M DRAWING IT... but then when it's done it looks normal. It's been fun for me to try to draw period-accurate (or at least period-similar;;;) outfits, >:Y
