Adam and I were sitting in the hallway as Yuki went in to check on the guy we picked up in the wild.
"What do you think of him Adam?" I asked. He looked over at me kind of annoyed.
"He's reckless and mental, and his level can't be high. He's strong for being able to hold on that much with that low of health but that's him being reckless for getting there."
"I agree. But he may be useful."
After that Adam stayed quite.
As Yuki came out of the room I stood up. " How is he, Yuki-sans?"
"He's weak but he should be fine after he rest for a little while. He agreed to be part of the team for now."
I nodded at him being fine but frowned at him being a part of the team. "We barely know him and he's going to be part of the team?"
"We barely know this one." She pointed at Adam. "So why not. And anyway it would be good to have a bigger group when we get into the upper areas."
I looked over at Adam who had his screen open and not paying attention. "Agreed." I poked Adam and he looked up at me annoyed again. "You know your stats are unavailable."
"Yeah and?" He said without a pause, not even looking up.
I was about to say something else when Yuki shook her head. "Not the time to get into that Pais-chan. We need to figure out what we are going to do next.
Adam-
Of course my stats were unavailable. I had then that way for a reason. People knowing I'm number one would just want things from me. Though these two were on the top 5 too.
I looked up when Yuki said something about what we were going to do next. I took the list of materials out of my inventory and held it up.
"We need to get these to move past level 5."
Pais quickly took the list from me and read it over, handing it to Yuki when she was done.
"What does it make?" Pais asked.
"A potion to breath under water. The portal to lever 6 is underwater and obviously you need to be able to breath to get it."
"And you know this how." Yuki said still looking over the list.
"I've been there. We need two things from this area, a certain kind of ice and berry. All some what easy to get."
They both just looked at me.
"OK this is a good time to bring the whole not being able to see your stats thing."
I just rolled my eyes and unlocked my stats. "Fine, have a blast."
