Hi! My name is Lacy I am one of the main makers of the Dragon Council. Well your proably wondering what the Dragon Council is right?? Well The Dragon Council is...well...a council of dragons lol...me and my friend Morgan came up with the idea of this anime a while ago and I decided it would be a good idea to let everyone else here about this awsome anime too. I will soon start puting up posts to tell you who and what the dragon council are. The Dragon Council consists of 13 main members counting the newly created leader.
