Abilities: Because he is a demon he can change into a small black dragon with a red tint and can breathe fire. He also has a bigger form of a dragon that he can change into. Though he doesn't change into that form often because it's hard for him to control his blood lust. He can also use fire in human form but it takes more energy.

Appearance: He’s boyish looking. With black shaggy hair and red eyes he doesn’t seem to look 16, most people think he’s a very tall 13 year old that acts 10.
Full Outfit: He wears a white shirt with puffy sleeves and black pants. He tends to go beer foot
Personality: Even though he’s 16 he really acts like a 10 year old. He can be hyper and very playful at times. He asks questions if he doesn’t understand something. He knows a lot so at times he can be very serious when it comes to some things. He’s obedient when it comes to his superiors but he can get very annoyed at the guards that guard him through the day so he sometimes plays tricks on them. Because he is stuck in a room all day he can be very talkative when it comes to a new person and he can zone out things around him when he sees new things. He’s extremely close to Lila because they pretty much grew up together at HQ
He doesn’t like being in his demon form but when he is he tends to stay in a small dragon form unless for some reason he has to change into his full form which is a bigger dragon. But when he’s in that form it’s easier for him to go over to his full demon blood lust form.

Background: He's full demon but he doesn't like what they do. DH saved him from a mob of demons trying to kill him ,thinking he was human when he was 5, once they found out he was a demon they went to kill him but the director stop them because Tatsuya seemed different. Now Tatsuya sit around HQ because DH doesn't trust him.
