3rd: the region of holon is covered in unatural energy, This has caused Delta species to emerge. They have differnt typing than there normal counter parts, and differnt move sets.
4th: Delta pokemon can be caught, but you can only use one at a time. You can also choose to avoid them all together.
5th: Shiny pokemon can be found, but follow the same restrictions as Delta pokemon
6th: Shadow pokemon are allowed, limited 3 per team.
