Non-GM members have a low chance of looting weapons and armor. The highest skill for weapons is 80 skills. Highest for armor is 35+ service.
I looted the highest weapon is Mastercrafted Sabre and Mastercrafted Kukri. In the End Zone. Which worth the same price.
Highest armor looting is Mastercrafted Reactive XT800 16/6. Plus it's in the red zone.
