Whether you are a fan of the Marvel Universe comics, or are a moviegoer hungry to see the 2012 movie The Avengers in theaters, or even both, get ready for acomic book limited series you will not want to miss out on. This week, Marvel Comics will launch a five-issue limited series to run on a weekly basis titled "Hulk Smash Avengers". The miiniseries itself, set in the main Marvel Universe (which is Earth-616), explores the relationship between Bruce Banner/Hulk and the other Avengers throughout the years, with each issue covering a different age of the Hulk's history, when considering real time as opposed to comic book time that is: Issue one covers the 1960s, issue 2 covers the 1970s, issue 3 covers the 1980s, issue 4 covers the 1990s, and issue 5 covers the 2000s.
