Yesterday, the website Advertising Age included American comic book publisher DC Comics in its "America's Hottest Brands" List for 2011, though there was no number ranking in it. Additionally, the site itself posted an special report feature discussing the company's success up to date, which should give you an understanding on why it got included in this year's list.
