Are you talking about the first of all authorized Superman movie productions (the 1951 B&W live-action movie Superman and the Mole Men, which starred George Reeves as Clark Kent/Superman) or are you talking about Superman: The Movie (1978), the first film in the theatrical live-action Superman film series that first starred Christopher Reeve as Clar Kent/Superman before Brandon Routh took over in the role?

Yes. "Christopher Reeve" is the name of the actor who starred in Superman: The Movie.
