I hope so -_- cause at the moment I really hope she falls in a hole...anyway once the lady from the board of nursing calls me back hopefully I can get this all straightened out...and never have to talk to trollface again =p
WHA??!!! That sounds horrible and that lady sounds horrible too. But, I think that you did a good job trying to act calm and everything, hopefully everything will turn our super awesome for you soon!
