2 am "get togethers" huh? That's rough >.<
WE live in a double house so it's kind of like the apartment problem you have. I don't mind double houses but when you get neighbors like that...who don't ever want to pay their half of the water bill...it's pretty tiring. I'm just glad they all left. Lee and his gf are pretty quiet.
I know how you feel about noisy neighbors... I live in a apartment building and the people who live above us always have "get togethers" FREAKING 2:00 AM..... And it's still happening... so congrats! :P

haha awesome! Before I moved into my house druggies were living here too until the cops did a sweep. It was seriously gross! But now its all good:)
