Me: Shay was a Sharpedo Gijinka made by the person who made that really shy Arcanine a while back in the club? Shay was someone from her past who had hurt her, so me and thier creator also made Shay the leader of the gang of Sharpedo that attacked Chii and knocked him out when he washed up by the mansion. *PHEW* And he still terrorizes Chii, he's supposed to make an appearance at the festival OAO
And yeah, he always gets a bad feeling around Xio (And he likes to be close to people,but Xio won't let him do that easily XD So that's another reason~)
