Let's see, the first picture I took of my Gunslinger Girl collection was sometime last year when I only had the DVD boxset and the 1st omnibus. Well since then I've added two more manga, while currently waiting for the 4th to be released next month. (I'm really looking forward to that one!) Of the three omnibus manga I have, my favorite might be the 2nd one (bottom middle), as it focuses on my favorite fratello of Hillshire and Triela. Almost all the other main characters in the 1st and 2nd omnibus are barely shown in the 3rd (right), which focuses almost entirely on the newly formed fratello of Alessandro and Petrushka (they came after the anime ended). Nevertheless, it's still fairly solid storytelling, involving more Machiavellian problems of state power and responsibility.
