Dallmeier, a world-renowned solution provider for the casino industry, recently announced that its ICE show in London was very positive for the company.
"Our new CAT products have been very well received by major European casino operators who attended live product demonstrations during the show," said Konrad Hechtbauer, Director of Project & Application Development at Dallmeier. "This successful show edition demonstrated our plan to expand our CAT product offerings to the EMEA market in 2018, and our product portfolio will grow with new additional solutions in the coming months."
During the show, Dalmyer's casino division team introduced Europe's first innovative casino automation technology (CAT) for live and table game automation, which has recently successfully performed numerous tests in a live casino environment and proved to be accurate, safe and ready to market.
The main features of CAT are overall table game tracking and real-time player ratings. This advanced system is designed to help casino operators increase revenue and mitigate risks, protect game table integrity, streamline operations, achieve game floor transparency, and help casino operators understand game table performance, as well as reduce labor costs and minimize human error.
Dallmeier's CAT is easy to integrate and install, requires no additional sensors, is not specific to the CMS system, is not dependent on RFID technology (but can be integrated), interacts with and operates with smart trading shoes, uses standard CCTV cameras and is not specific to the system.
Over the past few years, Dallmeier has invested heavily in their research and development, aiming to develop the best flexible solutions for the gaming industry, which are related to overall game tracking and real-time player analysis. The company has worked closely with customers in developing their systems to ensure that the product will best meet the needs and expectations of operators. CAT is an overall table management system, and the data produced can be used in many areas of casino operations, such as marketing, gaming, and surveillance, for example.
