It had been a few days since Juushiro returned to the Soul Society. It was reported that his illness was highly aggravated. And between the trauma he suffered in his torture and the blood loss from his illness the healing process was going to be a slow one. Though, he was coming along very well. Thanks to the healing powers of Captain Unohana. However, if Captain Ukitake had not gotten the medical attention he so badly needed when he did the Gotei 13 would have been minus another Captain. This was the finally bit of information Central needed to pass their judgment.

With the passing days Yamamoto could put off the on coming judgment no longer. Central 46 was pushing for the judgment on both Tsukiro Ashimitsu and the Seraph. It seemed information that even Yamamoto had no knowledge of made its way to Central. It had come to the 46th’s attention that the Seraph was the reason 13th Division; Captain Juushiro Ukitake was taken captive by Sousuke Aizen, and the reason the Tenth Division; 8th seat, Tsukiro Ashimitsu was MIA for all those months was, indeed, the fault of the Seraph as well. And sadly the report that 10th Division; Captain Toshiro Hitsugaya was indeed still alive did not waver the discussion of Central. They believed if it were not for the Seraph; Captain Hitsugaya would be of sound mind and body and would be with his division at that moment if she were not involved in the battle between the Soul Society and Sousuke Aizen. So with long hours of deliberation, Central 46 believed it would be better to face the Gods in this matter then allow the Seraph to cause more damage than she already has. So henceforth the Seraph was being deemed an enemy. Even though a God, she was also an Arrancar and considered dangerous. Her sentence would be no lesser than death.

Yamamoto called forth his messengers in aiding the retrieval of the Seraph from the Maggot’s Nest and the 8th seat from the First Divisions prison. The Judgment would be held in the Captain’s Meeting hall and all that felt they needed to appear in behalf of the prosecuted, before Yamamoto and their peers, were welcome to come forth.
