Not Sure If Happy or Half-Dead

~Maxie~

Perhaps more so half-dead. We were on boats a whole hell of a lot today...much more than I would have ever liked...Archie bribed me onto the first one with promises of a mountain...well, it was hell on the way to that Mewdamn mountain, that's for sure. I stayed below deck the whole time...Scary...

Iron Island was fairly impressive, but not at all as impressive as Mt. Coronet. We went inside the mountain for a little while, but there honestly wasn't anything all that interesting. The place had been turned into a training ground for trainers trying to take on the Canalave Gym...so we spent much more time battling (or, in my case, telling people to go fall in a pit and leave me be) than actually enjoying the mountain. Archie suggested we go back a little later, when less people would be training, but I told him no. No more boat rides than necessary.

Our next stop was New Moon Island. I stayed below deck for that whole trip too. New Moon was kinda scary...It was really dark, even though it was the afternoon when we got there...Archie seemed to think it was the coolest place ever, but I was creeped out...Maybe it's because of what Cyrus told me about Darkrai yesterday? I kept expecting the legendary Pokemon to just pop out of nowhere and put me in a nightmare coma... Mars told me I was being silly, but I'm not so sure...there were some really suspicious shadows I saw, and quite a few times when I heard rustling bushes... I think I spent more time hiding behind Archie than I did actually paying attention to my surroundings... I was glad to get off that island.

Full Moon Island was our last stop - stayed below for that one as well. Full Moon was completely the opposite of New Moon, though I guess that makes sense. We got there around twilight, and the island looked absolutely beautiful in the lighting. It was like something out of some classic romance novel...er, not that I read those <.< >.> But yeah, I don't think I've ever seen anything so amazing...I, uh...accidentally brushed my hand against Archie's at one point and completely regretted it as soon as I did...He just laughed at me, though -_-

On the way back to Canalave, Archie forced me to stay up on deck with him and Mars. Needless to say, I almost had a heart attack. I think I may have cut off all circulation to Archie's arm...I told him I was not going to take another boat again for the rest of the trip. He told me good luck getting home -_- Sometimes I want to smack that man...

We had a very nice dinner tonight - not sushi, thank Mew. Afterwards we just hung out at the Pokemon Center and talked and stuff. Mars went up to bed an hour ago complaining about a headache, so Archie and I have been talking...I keep half falling asleep though, and Archie keeps yelling at me to get off the computer and go to bed...But I had to type this!

Now he's telling me that he's going to pick me up and carry me to my room if I don't get off the computer right this instant...I don't exactly trust him not to, perhaps I should go...
