"I'll see you guys tomorrow," I called to the others who worked at the shop I had gotten stuck at. It wasn't the worst job, and it was all a 19-year-old who hadn't even finished high-school could get. Kao who had hidden in an alleyway came out to meat me as I walked by.
"Kyo, how was your day," I heard in my head.
"It was fine Kao," I replied in my head.
Looking ahead I noticed a large number of people gathered around something. I walked up behind them. "Hay, what is going on here," I yelled walking up behind them.
"What do you care punk," the one closest to me asked. I knew he thought that I was a punk because of my hair.
"Just so you know my hair has never been bleached or died," I snapped at him, "It's naturally like this. Now please tell me whats happening."
"Check for your self kid," he snarled.
"Fine," I growled shoving my way through the people.
They all seemed to be gathering have gathered around a group of fliers.
"Stupid bond-keepers, looking for help from us, if you ask me they should take there summons and go away," someone behind me said.
I knelt down and picked up one of the fliers. "Hay kid, those are from the bond-keepers, you don't want anything to do with them," A voice sounded behind me.
"And why is that," I asked, "because they work with summons?" I shoved my way back through them.
"Kao, lets go," I thought.
"Good lets get out of here," I heard Kao.
I walked back to my apartment, the flier in my hand.
As I walked into my home I yawned. The shop had been busy today. Sitting down at the table I looked at the flier.

reading it made me think of my past and how my life had been destroyed by the shadows. Maybe I should look into joining the bond-keepers, after all, Kao was a summon. Yes, that was what I would do, not only for me but also for my dad's wishes. I got up and packed my things and headed off for the bond-keepers headquarters.
