The Start of Many Things to Come

"I will not have it Sei-sama! Please reconsider! This.. this..." Hito's voice was all but unnerved at that point as he was desperately trying to convey the severity of the moment. Sei-Ryoku said nothing but stared at Hito as if waiting for the man to calm down again. "Please, Sei-sama... you don't understand the recourse of-" Hito continued.

"I understand perfectly," Sei-Ryoku Kou stared at the unnerved dirty-blond haired man on the other side of his office table who was himself pacing in front of the table. Sei stared much like a general towards a disobedient solider at that point causing Hito to freeze for a few seconds before starting to pace once more in front of the desk. Losing interest for half a second on the matter of the brown haired man, Sei began to flick a few things on his desk around including some papers that were of more of a general format.

"But sir... can you imagine how much it would frighten the people? The world is at war and-" Hito continued on, and his pacing only seemed to increase.

"Correct," Sei's voice answered back cutting off Hito's voice again. "The world is at war, and we cannot defeat Shadow Walker if we continue to lose men without a fresh supply coming in. I have already sent out the fliers to be copped, printed, and thrown out for all to see, and there is nothing you can do about it, Hito."

The blond haired man all but melted on the floor in front of Sei. "But sir... to the humans... gathering new Bond-Keepers... and in as many numbers as you are planning....They could think we are going to attack them...."

"Hito," Sei's voice was calm but had a causticity that sliced through the air easily. "I do not care what the humans thing at this point in time. We need more Bond-Keepers willing to fight off the Shadows or we will be overrun. Would you rather us lose this war?" Sei's eyes leered sharply at Hito who was now all but defeated for words. Sitting on his knees on the floor in front of the Bond-Keeper Leader's desk, Hito sighed. "I understand you are frightened, Hito... but five years previously, Bond-Keepers were the norm.... Those that are our allies should not be denied the chance to help us finish this..."

"I know but...." Hito started.

"The paper was generalized, Hito," Sei continued. "It was not just on the premise of Bond-Keepers coming together but also humans."

"But still it is from the Bond-Keeper Headquarters! What else would they expect! And if Shadow Walker catches wind of this..."

"If Shadow Walker catches wind of it, then we will have to hurry the recruits even faster," Sei answered back rubbing his temple.

"But the humans will be unnerved...." Hito's voice said quietly.

"I understand it will unnerve the humans that the Bond-Keepers are growing together, but humans are our allies... we must remember this... I will write a letter to the city of Aribus explaining to the humans that we mean no harm as well as recruit more hidden Bond-Keepers...If they fear us.. so be it, Hito."

"And if I fear you, sir?" Hito looked up into the face of Sei. He was human, his bond was broken, and yet Sei had never seemed to discriminate this which made the blond haired man more at peace yet less at peace when times such as this came about. Sei seemed completely blind to the discrimination between teh Bond-Keepers and the humans which was growing daily. The Leader of the Bond-Keepers sighed outwards before standing up from behind his desk, walking around and placing a hand on Hito's head.

"I expected that already," Sei joked back. "Now then... pull yourself together man... In the next few days, we are about to take on some new recruits here in Headquarters hopefully both Bond-Keepers and humans alike. I want rooms prepared and food to be placed out anywhere and everywhere. Keep an eye out for them and do not hesitate to take them in in the least."

Hito sighed outwards forcing himself up off the floor and turning to face Sei who had already walked past him and was heading towards the exit of his office. "By the way, sir... what did you put in the fliers?" Hito asked. Sei smirked a bit.

"A request to join of course," Sei answered back with a grin.

"No I mean..." Hito tried but failed to explain.

"Do not worry so much, Hito," Sei smirked a bit. "Now come, we have business to attend to."

Alright, this is the grand start up. I wasn't going to start it up tonight, but I got a swing of muse if you can believe it, lol. Anyways, here is what the flier reads.

The War must be finished. You know this. I know this. And we would like you to join us in ending it once and for all. Shadow Walker believes he is strong, but we are stronger. We will defeat him and reshape the bonds! Join the Alliance! Both humans and Bond-Keepers! We welcome you to the Bond-Keeper Headquarters to join and finish the war that has lasted five years! Come and Soon!

Sei-Ryoku Kou

Basically the fliers were dropped in millions around the world, and you can start off two different ways. One would be that you are already at the Headquarters working already or two you can see one of these fliers and head over. Have fun.
