Personality: Commanding and able to lead, Sei tends to overexert himself sometimes, but his intentions are pure and constructive. He dislikes putting people in danger but will do it for the sake of everyone around him.

Background: Born into the world while it was still peaceful, Sei was raised like any other child and summoned his partner Ikou at the age of five. Both summon and boy became very attached to one another almost instantly. Sei continued to mature and found that he had a natural leader side of him that continued to grow even as he reached adult-hood. He began to work in what little government there was in Iora. When Sei turned eighteen, the first Shadow and the Black Summon appeared and began their reign on people. As panic filled, Sei began to take more and more command to try and fight against the Shadow Head. In the end, he became the Bond-Keeper Head.
