Tōsen is one of the bad guys in Bleach. Or is he? Just think about it. Tōsen just believes in justice, so does it make him bad? Bad judgment or bad choice? Your call.
In today's society, we don't see strong justice. We see people escaping without punishment, bribing the weak to pass through without getting noticed. where is our Justice? Seriously!!
But what can we do? The government has a policy. "We will rather let a dozen guilty men get away then an innocent man be punished."
Tōsen would see it as "We will let one innocent man get away and punish a dozen men."
Is he also wrong about revenge? Again, your choice. But if nobody punishes the wicked, who will? Will we all just suffer?
