Isn't it odd how "word" and "world" only differ by one letter? I think it's because you can make worlds with words. As in, literally.

Sore throats, heat waves, and a graduation.

No, not my graduation, my brother graduated from High School. Quite the achievement, that. Especially considering the senior-itus he was having. But a bunch of people came to the party. My grandparents (on my dad's side, my mom's parents passed away a while back) came up from PA with my Aunt C. and a bunch of my brother's friends came over as well as his girlfriend. One of his friends was Laska, whom he hopes to room with. Laska (who is actually the name of one of his characters, but we call him that anyway) is the sort of person I could get a crush on if I was around him enough. He's tall and lanky, pretty strong, and has a varied array of characters, one of which acts very similar to Gaara of Naruto. Besides, Laska has the same birthday as me, and has Aspergers as well! What do you guys think?
Tuesday was gawd-awful. It was soooo damn hot! I'm so glad the AC didn't break down at work. However, we did have hail that day, when a storm moved through. Little tiny stuff though. I think I came down with something that day, because at dinner (we went out to eat) I felt very ill. I went home and went to bed early. I stayed home on Wednesday, because I still felt pretty poorly. Yesterday morning, Mom looked into my throat and went "Eeeewwww." I apparently had white puss-ish things on the back of my throat. So we went to the doctor. Apparently I don't have Strep Throat, which is why I went back to work today. But, it still hurts to swallow, which hopefully will pass. Otherwise everything is good.
Ah yes, my grades. I got a b- in the class where I didn't do good on the final... which is a relief. I probably got boosted up by my great lab grades. I didn't do as well as I did in my fall semester (Dean's List, oh yeah!) but I still did pretty well. I'm so glad!

On the "me" front.

So my brother has a girlfriend now (and has for a while actually) and she's local! (Le gasp!) (All his previous GFs have been at least two states away.) Anyway, her appendix broke last week. They didn't notice until that Friday when she was taken to the hospital. She was sick all that week however. Good thing they got all the poisons out of her. She's home now and doing much better.
I've started my summer job, and it's fun. I love working at the library. Shelf reading's a pain though. (That's when we read over the call numbers to make sure all the books are in the right places. It's moderately boring.)
My brother and old friend are graduating high school soon! That's a big woah my god thing, y'know? They're graduating on 6/7/08. How awesome is that, the numbers are in order! Hah hah!
I don't have my grades yet. I'm worried, because I'm sure I failed this one final... didn't answer half the questions after all. That doesn't mean I failed the class, though.
I leave you with an AMV of the most awesome crossover pairing ever = Itachi (Naruto) and Azula (Avatar: the Last Airbender).

...Or I would. It's been taken down.

Java, how you fusterate me.

So, yah. I have this big Java program due on Monday, and I'm not half done. And I don't know what to do next! The programming language Java is pretty nice, but a lot of people in my class complain about it a lot. Sensei kinda agrees, which I think is neat.
But, this project might just kill my grade if I don't get it done on time. I have to program it in a certain lab, which isn't open on the weekends. Yeah.
Right now I'm delaying, delaying... I'll go ask sensei for help soon, because I don't know what to do next! Aaaa!

Randomness, here we come, nyach!

Sometimes, especially when I'm on the computer for a long time, I feel like I'm slowly going blind. It's disturbing... ...nyach.
I like how most people from Legend of Zelda have pointy ears. It's cute.
You won't find a cuter LoZ villian than Vaati, nyach!
My favorite of the Gaiaonline NPC boys is... I can't decide, nyach. But I know it's not Gino. He has Rock Lee eyebrows, nyach! *shudder*
Gaia Pinball is really fun! Only I can't play it on the laptop because it makes it overheat... ...nyach.
I really like the LoZ: A Waste of Time comic on this site, nyach. It's fun!
I almost always wear a hat or my Naruto headband, nyach. I hate leaving my forehead bare, nyach.
Chewing on straws is fun, nyach. What's even better is chewing on straws that have juice boxes or pouches still attached to them. It makes it look even cooler, nyach!
Coke Zero is good, nyach. Apparently the fake sugar doesn't effect me like it does my mom, nyach. (A good thing, that.)
Being blind would be... interesting, nyach. To say the least...
Sometimes I think I don't write all that well, nyach... I imagnine very well, however.
Gaia slots is fun, nyach. I'm horrible at it though...

Spring is wonderful!

Its quarter past 6, and still mostly light out. I love it!
Winter has its charms, but I love spring as well.
