Well along with school starting back up track started this week. I've had 2 practices and some is VERY evident. I am totally out of shape. Ok maybe 2 things are evident. The second being that it is still considerably cold outside and running in that weather, along with the wind, makes running difficult
. As has been reinforced the last 3 years i have done track, there is no way i could live through long distance. I am a total sprinter/field eventer.![]()
Anyone here do track? If so any tips on well for starters, breathing?
