So Rain had caved in a human structure...good for him. Wind didn't care very much, other than he wondered if the building had a large surface area...
He could easily blow some down, father would be happy then! Since he couldn't go anywhere he was sending the Living Elements out to destroy some humans for him. It was all fun and games of course, but Wind couldn't help a nagging feeling that it went deeper than they all thought...
Anyway, Wind was wandering through a large city in some country somewhere, he didn't care where. As he walked wind grabbed at his silvery white hair, whipping it around his face so he had to narrow his eyes. Humans were hurrying through the streets trying to get of the ever strengthening blow.
Stopping in the middle of a street Wind looked around, pieces of human waste flew around along with a depressingly small amount of leaves. He sighed, making the wind quicken some. A building near him creaked, and he looked at it. An old house made of wood, Fire would like that he thought. Stuffing his hands in his pockets Wind started up walking again, this time whistling softly, the wind in the town doing the same.
A door opened as he passed it and a human female stuck her head out, a worried expression on her face. Wind stopped and looked back at her nonchalantly, "yes?" he asked. "Are you alright young man, do you have somewhere to go home to? This storm is getting very bad, you should go inside." she said, holding tightly onto the door. He smiled evily "Oh miss, I hardly doubt this is the worst to come," Wind jumped a bit and was blown backwards until he was right in front of the woman, "And inside your petty buildings will be the most unsafe places of all." The woman looked at him, worried, "Is there something wrong?" she asked.
Wind laughed and the gale strengthened even more, pulling his hair to one side, "With me?! Is there something wrong with me you ask??" he laughed again, then catching his breath and darkening his gaze "Oh no miss, nothing amiss at all here." he looked up at the sky and yelled at it, "Humans are weak things! They don't deserve to be here!" Looking back at the woman he smiled again, this time like he was saying goodbye to a friend "You don't belong here at all, miss. You or any of the other filthy things that have been killing Earth's land since you laid foot here! And one by one we'll WIPE YOU OUT!"
Around him the city swayed and creaked loudly, but all was nearly drowned out by his laughter and the wind's howling. Slowly the buildings pulled up from the ground, crashing into each other and demolishing themselves. The rubble blew into the crevice Earth had made for Wind earlier, and the town was sent down to molten rock where it and all its people would be burned and melted to be used later to rebuild the land to what it once was.
When there was nothing left Wind knelt down and moved one foot, underneath which was a small piece of paper. On it was a picture of a human family, smiling up at the camera as it captured that moment. He stared at it, a family, I wonder what that's like...
