How is the site's speed going for you?
We took EVERY measure to make sure our site's speed was blazing fast. I spent months researching to find the best new host. I made sure all our code was scalable. I invested in servers 300% more powerful than our old ones. And then by some EVIL coincidence, one of the major internet providers, who our new host happens to use, suddenly has major problems resulting in severe on and off speed issues. I feel like all my experience is worthless when we have to deal with this.
Our host tells us that since the problem isn't directly their fault their hands are tied and don't know how long it'll take to fix. It's been over two weeks now--I really want to fire them and move on but it'll result in days more downtime which we can't afford. I HATE this.
