Man, Chef Morimoto... he rarely, almost never, loses at Iron Chef America challenges. That's a pretty darn good track record he's got right thar.
I can't think of any questions I would personally want to ask the man, but I hope your interview goes well. ^_^

I do. I was at the door waiting for the convention to open Friday morning last year at Tsubasacon. Maybe you can record that and show us later.
If I could ask Chef Morimoto one question, it would be: Where can I get the sakura leaves for sakuramochi? You would not believe how hard those are to find.
There's a reason I don't give out my phone number to just anyone, saves all the stuff that comes from being dropped from someone's "five" or whatever.
