Ok. So, I'm going to try and get this going. I'm going to split us off into teams. You'll have your sensei's and go on missions and later on down the road, we are going to do the Chunin exams.
I didn't know what you all wanted to do for the senseis. Does anyone want to make up the squad leaders? Or, should we just go with Kakashi, Asuma, Gai, or Kurenai?
Lunch was over and we all filed back into the classroom, taking our appropriate seats. Iruka was sitting at the desk in the front looking over some papers. I leaned over to Raijin, "I bet those papers have who will be on what team!" I told him with a smile.
He nodded, "Hopefully he'll tell us who's in what team so we don't have to wait in agony the whole day."
I agreed and looked out at the sea of other students as they all were talking in and amongst themselves. Only a few noticed Iruka looking over the papers like I had. I smiled, looking everyone over. Who would I get placed with? Hopefully people that were serious about training.
Finally, Iruka stood up and with the papers in hand moved in front of his desk and leaned against it before clearing his throat to get our attention. "Okay. So, you have all been working hard this week with the different parts to the exams. I got everything figure out now, and I have in my hands the list of who will be in which groups."
Excitement filled the room as people began talking to each other and saying who they hoped would be in their teams. Iruka waited patiently for the murmur to die down so he could continue.
"I won't keep you all waiting. When I call out your name, come up and get your headband signifying your new status as a Genin<" Iruka smiled. "Ok, Team 1: Kyoka Fusuki, Raijin Kumonari, Narumi Uchiha. Team 2: Melodie Himitsu, Ai Tama, and Salvatore. Team 3: Miyako Hyuga, Kurai, and Ruchi Otome..." Iruka went on to name the other teams.
I looked at Raijin. I couldn't believe we had made it as Genin and would be on the same team! I looked over at Kyoka and grinned at her. We would be an awesome group, I had no doubt. We all hurried down to the front of the class and got our bands.
I grabbed mine and looked at Raijin and Kyoka happily. I tied my band around my forehead, traditionally. As we made our way back to our seats, I couldn't stop smiling. I wondered who our teacher would be.
