Comment: Well it's been awhile since I've made a wallpaper or submitted one for that matter...But I've been in a "One Piece" mood lately so...I made a wallpaper! Yay! ^-^ I first made like 25 avatars before starting this, but I still wasn't rid of my "One Piece" Mood...I don't think I am yet o.o Maybe I'll make another wallie...Hm...

ANYWAY! This wallpaper was ORIGINALLY only going to be Luffy and he was gonna be at a 45 degree angle...but I thought the top left corner space was much too open, so I threw in Z-dude [since everyone seems to have a different name for the guy]. Then Luffy's angle was just too weird with Z-dude there, so I changed his angle to only 15 degrees and threw Luffy to the right. The background was made using some colors and then twisting it into a...thing. *nods* and then I covered up the leftover design around the outside of the "twister" thingie..Then I changed the whole background to a kaleidescope right after adding some black to the "twister". Once that was complete I added some extra crap on top, like stars, mini-twisters of different colors and styles, and some little different sized boxes. And all of that was half see-through so that it didn't steal the entire background. I'll admit there is a little bit too much going on in the background, but I think the soft focus I threw onto Luffy and Z-dude made the extra crap and background stand out less...Oh! and I gave shadows to Luffy and Z-dude somewhere in there [forgot to mention it]. That was basically how I made this wallie. The vectors were done by someone else...but they didn't put their credit on the picture itself so I have no idea [can't remember either] where to give credit. So credit for the original vectors goes to whoever made 'em. THANKS AND ENJOY!
