Ooooh I was thinking of using this scan, I had it as my desktop wallpaper for a while, that artist is groovy. Nice idea to extract the image, it worked well :3
I can't believe that this onlt took an hour. This look like it took at least THREE! Man your so good.
The colours that you chooice, like the green and such, is very sweet. It matches the colours in the scans that you used making it so that they don't stand out too too much; but just enough for your eye to be drawn to naturly. I love the way that the peoples look like they are in a window or somthing. Awesome effect there as well. The spots in and around the green are a great chooice; it really keeps the almost fantasy like theme going.
I think what you could work on is getting rid of those lines in the green, and make the diffrence between the lighter greens and the darker greens mor subtle and less sharp.
The font is a wounderful effect the way that you fadded it, and put diffrent effects around them. I think you could have placed the font in a diffrent place. Just so the eye can keep a flow going between the images.
Over all this is really amazing; you are a WOUNDERFUL wallpaper maker person. And this is amazing. Great stuff! I hope that i was helpful, and not mean.

I like how you cropped the scan and placed it, it looks cool :3
But I think the texture is way too much, to the point to make it look like low quality .__.

Oooh, another scan from that Chinese collection. Awesome. :) Wow, I would never have dared to use so much green and such a bright shade, too! Lol. But it works nicely actually. You did great with it. O__O I couldn't make that color look good. XD Nice textures, too~~ A nice, quick wall!

I think I would have added maybe a light grey or blue to tone down the greenness of it all, unless thats what you were going for.

It a very good wallpaper ^^ I like the green text. It's readable, but it doesn't draw all attention to itself. Nice picture as well ^^ Nice job!
