Aww, pretty anis-chan~ I love the blues. It does look mysterious and all. ^_^ I like all the brushes you used, and even a little texture. There's some jaggedy turquoise shapes at the bottom that kinda don't look great, but that's a very minor detail. XD Overall, totally awesome~
