I read in finalfantasy wiki that Lucrecia is feeling kinda guilty because Vincent's father, who was her colleague, died (and she thinks it's because of her)... so she can't accept Vincent's feeling. and her favorite quote is always "I'm so sorry..."

I never played ff vii DoC. But, according from ff vii that I played, looks like Lucrecia fall in love with Hojo, n Vincent give up coz of this.
