Dev-chan challenges YOU to...

Use a program, such as MS Paint, to create a wallpaper.*

OR

Use a picture with a solid background.** (White, black, etc.)

Sounds simple, right?

Well, let's find out...

RULES:

-Must abide the rules of theOtaku.

-*If you choose to do this, it has to be COMPLETELY done in MS Paint. You don't need to do step-by-step, I trust you guys!

-**If you choose to do this, you may use your favorite program. (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)

-Credit is always appreciated!

-Other words...NO RESTRICTIONS!!!

You may enter as many times as you'd like!
