Yeah, you do have to change a lot of stuff, but after a while you start to like the taste of the healthier stuff then the old food you used to eat.

Eh, I don't think it's that hard. Last time I dieted I lost A LOT of weight. I just think it's mind over matter. Plus, it helps when there's another person who's dieting with you lol
I've already lost a few pounds.
