Personal Rights Succesfully Violated!
Erik Estavillo from San Jose, is suing Sony for $55K for punitive damages. Why? He was banned from the Playstation Network due to foul language. He testifies that his First Amendment right was violated and he couldn't even get to the money in his account. No comment from Sony yet. Source Link
