Don't forget to smile!
Unlike the DMV in Virginia, where you can't smile for license, employees at an express railway in Japan have to put on a happy face. They get their smiles checked before clocking in and then must carry a picture of their best smile around so they can remember it. So do worry: Be happy or be fired. Source Link
