Apparently, there is a UFO Catcher (claw crane) game in Shimokitazawa where the prizes are baby Japanese pufferfish. Seems neat, except that the fish are sensitive and being snatched out of the water by a crane scares the bejesus out of them and shortens their lifespan. Source Link
