As you may have seen in the ads circulating around our very site today, Funimation will be streaming the new Fullmetal Alchemist adaptation, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, on their website as of April 9th; four days after the original Japanese broadcast, presumably with the following episodes being shown after the same time gap.
