Otaku Discussion: Online Conventions
Greetings, fellow Otakus! It's your new moderator, Keba, here with an Otaku Discussion.
With coronavirus spreading all around the world, conventions have been canceled left and right (including the one I wanted to attend). Fortunately, it's not a complete loss due to the invention of online conventions.
Have you attended any online conventions? If so, what were they like? How do they compare to in-person conventions? What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of online conventions versus in-person ones? Do you think that online conventions will continue after the pandemic ends? When in-person conventions open back up, would you go back or would you prefer to attend online?
