Chisato.

Unlike many my older characters, Chisato is one that stuck and kept me interested. She was created as a Naruto OC, not too long after Naruto came to television in the United States back in 2005. This is her time-skip appearance, developed in late 2006 (probably early early 2007, actually) ? While she has a tendency to be bossy, Chisato has a big heart. She is widely compassionate and is strong-willed. Chisato is incredibly dear to me.
