Aww, it flew away out of instincts. You should feel good to have done something for it. It's like helping a random person on the street, you both have things to do but meet for one moment, and then go back to what you were doing.

I hate that when it happens. Kitties run away from me too, so does y dog. I guess animals don't like me :(
