This is Fumiko! She is a vampire based off of the vampires from the manga Seraph of the End. She is an OC created once again by my very good friend Moonfini. All original designs and character concepts were created belong to her. As I'm sure most of you know she is kind enough to let me borrow her OCs often. Fumiko is one that she has mentioned I should try drawing on a few occasions so I finally got around to it!
