Yeah his eyes ended up going to more of a blue instead of the bright ice blue that they initially were so I'm just officially making them blue. Because they look really pretty with his Platinum blonde hair. But yes finally ya'll can see what Noel looks like! It's taken me way to long to draw Elena and Noel oTL

I love the two so much they are just so cute and adorable!! Anyways hopefully the next thing I submit here own't be a chibi XD Unless it's of Nori or Eevie!
