I actually drew this a couple days ago, but I kept forgetting to post it here. orz

But yeah, this is something I drew for one of my classes. My teacher lets us do "creative responses" for certain assignments, which includes drawing and poetry and other stuff. The response this week was about your experiences with class participation. :Y

I was actually really surprised with how this came out! I was expecting to just draw a quick thing for the homework and turn it in, but it came out a lot nicer than I thought it would. I didn't actually spend a great deal of time on this, actually--just like 2 or 3 hours. SO YEAH... NOT BAD, ME. HEHEHEHEH....;;;

I'm also thinking I'm feeling a lot more comfortable with soft shading, lately. Soft shading comes out a lot nicer when you do the base and the shadow on the same layer, it turns out. I've also been using the brush tool instead of the watercolor tool lately, and I really like how it looks. ;U And yeah, the watercolor texture is nice 'cause it covers up all my mistakes, hahaha. -u-;;;
