Here is Riley's Eardian Identity: Terra Evergreen (Riley DeGrave) and she is the Earth Guardian which means she can manipulate the Earth and Plants. She can also transform herself into plants and anything that's earth related, which Terra/Riley doesn't really do unless necessary the only thing she transforms is her arms making them into vines where she can whip and wrap around enemies. Still working out the details but that's the jiff of her.
