Personality: Serious, determined, sometimes scary

Story: She's part of a wealthy family known for their fighting skills.
Lira can make a person freeze just with the sound of her voice so she refuses to learn how to fight.
But then she is attacked by someone who is immune to her ability and her sister, Mira, gets hurt trying to protect her.
Now Lira abandons her wealthy life and leaves to become stronger then anyone who might try to attack her again.
