Commission art for Nocturne@BleachAsylum, who's totally a fan of Orihime-chan. We're friends over at BA and I was happy to do the work. The request was to draw a geisha themed Orihime.

I browsed through a lot of geisha pictures before I started. I was like "OMG! Can I really draw a geisha hair?" and I tried and failed. Trial and error so many times. Finally, I decided to let most of her hair flow down in elegant waves and added pink flowers to give it the touch of beauty. I was surprised I managed to pull off a longing expression on her. It's like she's waiting for someone there. I wanted to give her a pink kimono, but then changed it to dark colors.

The patterns on the kimono and some patterns on the BG are all brushes, which are NOT MINE by the way.
